7.00 breakfast, listening to a radio program about history & literature

09.00 a walk.

10.30 crossword

11.30 lunch & radio.

12.30 walk in a park

14.00 diary

15.30 visitor, conversations

16.30 reading &studies, diary

18.30 Dinner

19.00 Movie & reading

22.00 Sleep


Effect: + 6 steps in  well being 1100 days. "I never fell bored with this schedule, especially the walking  made my mood, apetite, sleep and well being turning to good" E says.

"J"     Sauna, sailing & reading


From the start value 4, not okay, to 8, really good.

Effect: 4 steps +.

Time: 700 days.


Challenge: J was unemployed and he noticed that the "workfare state" expected him to feel bad, quilt,  like a duty, a moral for slaves.


But why feel bad when you can create meaning and go to bed at night satisfied with your day?

J saw the money from the social insurance as a basic income, a way to well being, as not only precedes sucees, it is sucess itself.


J spent his winter going to the sauna, the spring reading and training outdoors,  the summer sailing and the autumn writing. J had two fine years with "basic income. He also spent a lot of time with friends.


Those experiences of really good days became the DD concept. It  took him 30 days to establish habits that directly improved his well being during a winter.  Why obey  the workfare states policy having a lousy time as "jobseeker" when you can create meaning as daydesigner an feel joy? But without a good economical situation would it not be possible for J to relax and enjoy his days.
